Since officially launching our rebrand earlier this month, a lot of people have been asking: What’s the story? Why the new look?
Well, initially, we were just aiming to create a consistent logo… and it (literally) evolved from there.
The process began in the fall of 2016, when we sent out requests for bids to create a new company logo. After multiple meetings with our contenders, we landed on fellow Cheyenne local West Edge Collective as our partner for marketing and design.
Working together with the team at West Edge, we realized what a rare opportunity we had as a company. As part of celebrating our third generation of leadership, we could really seize the moment and also introduce a brand-new look and feel that really illustrated more about who we are and what we value at Reiman Corp.
In addition to creating a new logo, we worked with West Edge to design our new website and messaging; create badges for our company Core Values; develop stationery; strategize a marketing and rollout plan; implement a strong recruitment strategy to attract the kind of employees we want to add to our team; and create an overall consistent look and feel that stretches from the trucks we bring to the job site, to the envelopes we send through the mail.
Before our new branding and website went “live” to the general public, we invited members of the Reiman Corp. team to see it first at a celebratory luncheon —and the response was overwhelmingly positive.
“Throughout the whole process, we’ve had a great relationship with the team at West Edge Collective,” says Lauren Reiman, Reiman Corp. Controller. “We feel like we’ve got a final product that truly represents us at Reiman Corp. and creates a sense of pride within our team.”
Our new look really “feels” like us, and we’re excited to be kicking off the newest generation of team Reiman on such a positive note.
