To help bring the RE/MAX team’s vision of a bright, roomy social/reception space to life—as well as add in a brand new video production studio—we got right to work on some serious gutting and demolition inside the company’s existing 8,590 sq.ft. space.
A major piece of our involvement in this tenant finish was helping bring the conceptual plan to life, coordinating and collaborating with the architect to provide (and maintain!) project and budget guidance for the length of the remodel.
Work we performed on this project included:

- Concrete removal and repair
- Backing installation
- Project feasibility and budget oversight
