Completed in the spring of 2019, the Civic Commons project is part of a large-scale revitalization of Cheyenne’s West Edge District.
Once a parking lot at the corner of O’Neil and 20th Streets, the Civic Commons will now serve as both a public gathering space and a measure for flood control.
