For this project, our team worked with BNSF Railway, the Town of Casper, and the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) to widen and repair Casper’s Poplar Street Bridge, as well as add in wide sidewalks for pedestrian safety.
After completing all necessary repairs, our team widened the bridge’s existing substructure. We provided new drilled shafts and new columns; replaced the bridge deck; installed a new lighting system over the bridge; and finished by overlaying the asphalt approaches on each end of the bridge.
