Reiman Corp. is recognized for high-quality work throughout Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain region.
Reiman Corp. offers Apprenticeship and continued education. The Apprenticeship (trainee) program is sponsored by the WCA. The curriculum is developed by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) program. This program allows our employees to work in the classroom with a master trainer and then demonstrate the skill learned in the field with a supervisor. The WCA has diverse curriculums to choose from such as Cement Masons, Bridge/Structure Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic and Truck Drivers in Construction. Reiman Corp's trainees mainly go through the Bridge/Structure Technician Program. This will allow our employees to gain the understanding and hands on knowledge of specific skills that will be used with our company. The NCCER program is nationally recognized and is transferable to other companies.
Reiman Corp. offers Supervisor Training Program (STP) training through the AGC. These classes are offered to allow our employees to develop the skills to work in a supervisory roll. This program offers classes in problem solving, leadership, written communication, cost awareness, scheduling and more.
Reiman Corp. encourages field employees and office staff to attend classes outside these programs to further their education. In the past, employees have attended classes on welding, concrete training, first aid, CPR, heavy equipment, crane operating, life line safety and more.
Reiman Corp. understands the importance of training in maintaining skilled employees and a safe working environment.
