Construction is underway for the Speer Interchange over I-25.

Located south of Cheyenne near the Port of Entry, the Speer Interchange will span over I-25.  Construction recently began on the interchange and crews are currently executing dirt work and starting construction on the substructure starting Monday December 14th.  The Speer Interchange will link the Clear Creek Parkway and new Welcome Center.
