Reiman Corp. is recognized for high-quality work throughout Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain region.

Reiman Corp. has a history of providing extraordinary benefits to its employees. Reiman Corp. offers the following:
● Health & Insurance (BCBS)
● Vision Plan (BCBS)
● Dental Insurance (Delta Dental)
● Standard Life Insurance
● 401k Retirement (employee elected)
● Defined Contribution Retirement (non-elective)
● Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
● Additional Life

Reiman Corp. provides health and dental insurance through a self-funded plan. This means that Reiman Corp. acts as its own health insurance company. BlueCross BlueShield and Delta Dental are our third party administrators which mean that they handle the processing of the claims but Reiman Corp. pays for its own claims. Reiman Corp. does this in an effort to provide better coverage for its employees and more importantly to keep the cost of health care down. With the rising cost of health care in our country today Reiman Corp. believes in the importance of keeping the employees and their families healthy.

Reiman Corp. provides a $25,000 term life insurance policy for each employee and if the employee has dependents there is an additional $5,000 policy for the employee’s dependents. Additional life insurance can be purchased by the employee for themselves or their dependents at reduced costs and paid for through payroll deduction.

Reiman Corp. Retirement Plan is extraordinary because not only do we offer 401k but we also offer a defined contribution plan that is similar to what was once known as a pension plan. These types of plans are rapidly declining in America due to the cost to the companies for having these plans. Reiman Corp. believes that retirement planning is extremely important for its employees and is dedicated to continuing to offer this to its employees regardless of the cost.

In addition to the defined contribution plan Reiman Corp. offers a company match to the 401k plan. This match has historically been very high and almost unheard of for any Wyoming company.

Reiman Corp. also offers a Section 125 Cafeteria plan, also known as a Flex Plan, which allows the employee to save further by reducing their taxable income each year and also helps pay for non-covered medical expenses not paid by the health plan. These types of expenses would be office visit co-pays, major medical deductibles, over the counter medical items, and non-covered optical expenses. Often times the tax savings by this type of plan can change a person’s taxable income enough to place them in a different tax bracket.

Reiman Corp. is dedicated to its employees and this in turn helps the employee be dedicated to the company.
