The project team will be comprised of owner, architect, and Reiman Corp.'s Construction Management Team (CMT). The goal of the project team will be to provide the owner with the best quality product for the best cost.

Reiman Corp.'s experience and commitment to professional excellence in general contracting, scheduling, quality control, cost control, estimating methods, and coordination of job site activities is always foremost in guaranteeing the success of the final project. Currently, approximately 20 to 25 percent of Reiman Corp.'s on-going workload is by negotiated contract.
